Selling to an OEM\u2019s Authorized Purchasing Agent<\/h1>\n

Implementation licensees are allowed to sell ICs to a Dolby Licensee\u2019s (OEMs) authorized purchasing agent.<\/p>\n

Apply for 3rd parties on the Dolby Licensee Community (DLC) \u201cApproval Requests\u201d Tab<\/h2>\n

System licensees must first gain approval from Dolby to use such third-parties. Once approved, the OEM will deliver to the implementation partner, a purchasing agent approval letter which authorizes such sales. <\/p>\n
