Working With Distributors
Distributors are not permitted to receive, manage, or distribute firmware with Dolby Intellectual Property (IP). Implementation Licensees are obligated to report to Dolby each distributor’s sales to OEMs as listed on the SQR.
The Dolby license agreement provides flexibility for your distribution choices.
Each third-party distributor must be approved in advance by Dolby.
